The Rhine Falls - Neuhausen / Laufen

The Rhine Falls (German: Rheinfall) are the largest plain waterfalls in Europe and are situated near the city Schaffhausen. They are 150 m wide and 23 m high. They are approximately 15'000 years old.

From the viewing plattforms you have a spectacular view of the falls. You can take also a boat trip and see the falls very near.
